It is an unhealthy process, it leads negative effects on future readers. So, don’t run away, face the problem and instead of deleting comments, give the perfect solution.
It is natural to get angry if someone posts a negative comment for your brand but always remember, “being positive is the way to success”. If you did anything wrong, apologize and stay calm.
